TERMS ON FROZEN EMBRYOS:
You are purchasing frozen, fertilized embryo(s) that are currently stored at Genetech. Ownership of these embryos will be transferred to you after all payments have cleared and paperwork has been completed.

Process of Ownership Transfer:
1) Platinum Horse Sales will contact the lab to notify them of ownership change.
2) Platinum Horse Sales will send signed embryo permit(s)/transfer(s) to AQHA to be transferred into the buyers name.

NO GUARANTEES WHATSOEVER
BUYER is responsible for having embryos transferred into recipient mares. There is absolutely NO GUARANTEES from Platinum Horse Sales pertaining to the viability of the embryos.

STALLION FEES
Any stallion fees will be paid BY THE BUYER according to the terms outlined in the Breeders Certificate Guarantee located in the Vet Repository link above. Please take the time to review this form so that you understand the fee(s) due, deadlines for those fees, etc.
