“Elvira” is a 2021 red roan mare, standing at 14 hands, sired by the hot young sire, Scooter Kat. She has spent the last two years in training with JD Johnson Performance Horses and competed successfully in the futurities this fall. She was the Open & Intermediate Open Futurity Champion at URCHA, as well as an Intermediate Open Finalist at the NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity.

Elvira is ready to continue her cow horse career into her derby years, or she could transition to the rope horse arena, as she is Riata Buckle eligible and paid up through 2024.

Currently located in Whitesboro, TX through the end of the month, and then she will then head to Forpaugh, AZ.
